Rich Richardson has been managing real estate transactions for almost two decades. A native of South Carolina, Rich has called Atlanta home for almost 30 years and truly is known for being “rich in relationships.” He graduated from Clemson University’s School of Architecture and prior to his real estate career was an executive with Chick-fil-A and Intellinet Corp. Rich represents his clients with passion and has a “client for life” mentality. We often joke that his goal is not to sell you into a house, it is to talk you out of a mediocre house. He uses his experience and background in architecture to exceed client expectations.
